Polysilicon Processing

Our activity is concentrated on the area behind the Siemens CVD reactor. All fields beginning with the harvesting of the U-Rods and ending with the packing of the chunks are covered by our equipment. If necessary sawing, etching and slim rod pulling are handled by partner companys. Accessories such as bells washing stations and core drilling machines complete our product range.
