Measuring unit for cooker housing
This high-precision unit allows you to measure the housing of household cookers up to an accuracy of 5 micrometers for controlling and adjustment purposes on the moulding press in which they are produced. The operating range is 800 x 800 x 1,200 mm. |

Leak testing unit for controls and instruments
In this manually controlled tandem unit 400 seating valves per hour are tested for their leak tightness. Leakage rates of less than 1 ml per minute can be detected. The easy replacement of formed parts allows for the accommodation of 80 different flanges. |

Resonance testing unit for ultrasonic membranes
This testing unit was developed for process-accompanying resonant-frequency measurements in membrane cups for ultrasonic park distance control systems. It initiates vibrations by the aid of an ultrasonic generator and subsequently measures the resulting amplitude. An evaluation circuit then shows the results and displays them graphically on a PC. |
