| In order to
increase efficiency, two production facilities of a sheet-steel packaging manufacturer in the US were united under one roof. For this purpose, we realised the
entire planning process including human-resource allocation, installation and interlinking of machines, material flow and loading, as well as the planning of the relocation. |

| For a medium-sized company we planned and realised a
recycling plant for scrap metal. The planning included offices and halls, waste water treatment plants, a freight vehicle weighing machine, a railway connection, hydraulic shears, an emergency power supply and appurtenant structures. |

| In order to increase capacities and to bundle logistics functions of a sanitary products manufacturer, we planned a
distribution centre. It includes high-bay warehouses, pallet-flow warehouses, small-parts warehouses, conveyor systems, as well as freight vehicle and railway connections. |
